Oasys offers multiple User Group Meetings and an annual Directors' Meeting to share information and ideas that help you get more from Oasys solutions. We discuss time-saving techniques, new enhancements, operational procedures, end-of-year processing, state reporting, and other administrative subjects.

User Group Meetings also allow clients the capability of discussing their needs directly with the staff of Oasys, offering us a more personal relationship with our customers.

Hosting:

Oasys offers an Application Service Provider (ASP) model which is hosted here in Franklin, WI. This will save your Technology Department a lot of time and allow them to focus on other issues. This service saves your district even more money by eliminating the need for additional hardware. Security measures are taken to ensure the utmost confidentiality of your data. Hosting also allows us to provide quicker troubleshooting and problem resolution through shadowing. Shadowing gives us the ability to see exactly what the users see.

Interface:

Oasys can import information on a daily basis from your Student Management System. This import updates the student demographic and guardian information, saving you time and money.
